Mr. Jacobi is a proven entrepreneur with an extensive career in planning & development and has worked hard to establish a stellar reputation. He graduated from Mississippi State University with a degree in Landscape Architecture and started his career working for some of the most respected land planning and engineering firms in Atlanta, Georgia. During his career, Mr. Jacobi has enjoyed a broad diversity of experience planning office parks, commercial & retail centers, beachside resorts and the design or development for thousands of residential lots. His innate ability to envision planning, navigate municipal entitlements and knowledge of value engineering has earned him the respect and trust of his peers.
Additionally, Mr. Jacobi is the owner of Parkland Communities, Inc. and part owner of multiple real estate investment ventures with asset holdings throughout North Atlanta.
Mr. Peevy has over 40 years of experience working with local governments and is widely recognized as one of the leaders in the Government Relations industry. He is a native to Gwinnett county, Georgia and graduate of the University of Georgia. During his career, he has represented numerous clients from small private companies to large public corporations on a variety of projects types including Residential, Multi-family, Mixed-use, Commercial, Office, Worship, Industrial, Retail, Institutional and Hospitality. He has earned a trusted reputation and fostered many long standing strategic relationships with elected officials, municipal staff and homeowner organizations.
